Take Exit A2 from Omote-sando Station (Tokyo Metro). You will be facing a footbridge across the avenue. Ito Hospital is to the right of the stairs for the bridge. There is elevator access near Exit A1.There is an elevator near Exit A1 of Omote-Sando Station (Tokyo Metro). Please take this exit if you use a wheelchair or have difficulty with stairs. After leaving the elevator, please proceed across the large street where you will see Ito Hospital ahead of you to the left.
From Meiji-jingumae Station

From Meiji-jingumae Station, Exit 5 is the closest exit to Ito Hospital. As indicated on the map above, you will emerge from the exit on the side of the street with Laforet Harajuku. Following the blue path on the map, cross Meiji-dori and continue straight until you arrive at Ito Hospital.From Harajuku Station
