From Harajuku Station (JR Yamanote Line) Follow the blue line.

Take the Omotesando Exit from JR Harajuku Station and walk along Omotesando toward Aoyama until you come to the third pedestrian crossing bridge. The hospital is located on the left side of the street. It takes 15 minutes on foot.

From Omote-sando Station (Tokyo Metro) Follow the red line.

Take Exit A2 from Tokyo Metro Omote-sando Station and you will find a pedestrian crossing bridge in front of you. The hospital is to the right of the bridge.
The closest exit to the hospital is Exit A2, but there is an escalator to ground level at Exit B5. From Exit B5, cross Omotesando at the intersection in front of the Hanae Mori Building. The hospital is on your left in front of you.

For wheelchair users

There is an elevator at Exit B3 of Tokyo Metro Omote-sando Station. We recommend that you use this exit for your safety and convenience.
From Exit B3 of Tokyo Metro Omote-sando Station, go along Aoyama-dori toward Aoyama 1 chome and cross Omote-sando and turn left at Omotesando crossing. Go along Omotesando, passing the Koban (police box) on your right until you come to the first pedestrian crossing bridge. The hospital is to the right of the bridge.

From Meiji-jingumae Station (Tokyo Metro) Follow the blue line.

Exit 5 is the closest exit to the hospital at Meiji-jingumae Station.
You will be on the side of Laforet Harajuku at the Jingumae crossing, as shown in the above map. Cross Meiji-dori and follow the blue line to the hospital.

Private vehicles

The hospital does not have a parking lot. Please use a parking lot near the hospital.
